Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Niat Menggunakan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Rumah Sakit (SIM-RS): Peran Mediasi Persepsi Kegunaan, Persepsi Risiko, dan Kepercayaan (Studi Pada Karyawan di RS Dr. Oen Kandang Sapi Solo)

Abstract
Niat menggunakan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Rumah Sakit (SIM-RS) sangat penting untuk meningkatkan efisiensi layanan kesehatan. Studi menunjukkan bahwa niat ini dipengaruhi oleh persepsi kegunaan, kemudahan penggunaan, risiko, dan kepercayaan. Persepsi kegunaan dan kemudahan penggunaan adalah faktor utama yang mempengaruhi penerimaan teknologi. Walaupun SIM-RS memberikan banyak manfaat, penerapannya bisa gagal karena faktor internal dan eksternal organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan memahami bagaimana faktor-faktor tersebut mempengaruhi niat karyawan rumah sakit untuk menggunakan SIM-RS, sehingga manajemen dan pengembang TI dapat mengatasi kendala dalam implementasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuantitatif dengan survei dan pendekatan cross-sectional untuk mengevaluasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi niat menggunakan SIM RS di RS Dr. Oen Kandang Sapi Solo. Penelitian ini mengambil sampel sebanyak 449 responden. Uji hipotesis menggunakan SEM-PLS dengan aplikasi SmartPLS dengan signifikansi 5%. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa persepsi kegunaan, kemudahan penggunaan, dan kepercayaan memiliki efek positif terhadap niat menggunakan SIM-RS, sedangkan persepsi risiko memiliki efek negatif. Pengaruh kemudahan penggunaan terhadap niat juga terjadi dengan jalur tidak langsung melalui persepsi kegunaan dan risiko. Kepercayaan dapat mengurangi dampak negatif persepsi risiko, sehingga meningkatkan niat menggunakan SIM-RS.
