Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis faktor keberhasilan dan penghambat dalam pengembangan edupreneurship di Business Center "Moekamart" SMK Muhammadiyah Karangmojo. Transformasi dari koperasi siswa menjadi minimarket modern pada awal tahun 2019 ditinjau dari berbagai aspek yang mempengaruhi kinerjanya. Keberhasilan Moekamart diidentifikasi melalui perubahan menjadi toko ritel modern dengan dukungan mesin kasir POS (point of sales), yang meningkatkan efisiensi dan penampilan profesional. Selain itu, perluasan target pasar dari hanya warga sekolah ke masyarakat umum, meskipun belum maksimal, turut berkontribusi pada peningkatan omzet. Namun, penelitian ini juga mengungkap beberapa faktor penghambat, seperti rendahnya jumlah konsumen dari masyarakat umum yang disebabkan oleh persaingan dengan toko ritel besar lainnya di Karangmojo, serta harga produk yang kurang bersaing. Tambahan kebijakan potongan wajib pembelian bagi guru dan karyawan juga diidentifikasi sebagai salah satu kendala operasional. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan penting untuk pengembangan lebih lanjut dan strategi peningkatan kinerja Moekamart di masa depan.
