Pengaruh Kualifikasi Pendidikan dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Minat Berwirausaha Masyarakat Di Desa Botubarani
Abstract
This study aims to determine the influence of educational qualifications and work motivation on the entrepreneurial interest of the community in Botubarani Village, both partially and simultaneously. The approach used in this study is quantitative with a correlational method. Data collection in this research was carried out using questionnaires. The sample size is 105 people, obtained through saturated sampling. The data analysis in this study is inferential quantitative multiple regression analysis. The results of the research show that (1) Educational qualifications have a positive and significant effect on the entrepreneurial interest of the community in Botubarani Village; (2) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the entrepreneurial interest of the community in Botubarani Village; (3) Both educational qualifications and work motivation together have a significant effect on the entrepreneurial interest of the community in Botubarani Village with a coefficient of determination value of 53.20%. The remaining 46.80% can be explained by other variables not examined in this study, such as the economic potential variable, resource support, socio-economic environmental awareness, and local government support.
