Abstract

This research aims to analyze the innovation management strategies used by economic education teachers at MA Al-ANWAR Jombang in managing classes and improving the quality of education. Economics education is an important subject that requires an innovative approach in teaching in order to attract and motivate students in learning. In the context of education in the digital era, teacher innovation is the main key to achieving this goal. This research uses a qualitative approach with the case study method. The research data were obtained through class observations, interviews with economics education teachers, and analysis of documents related to the innovation strategies used. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive and interpretive techniques to identify the innovation strategies used by teachers and their impact on the quality of education. The results showed that economics education teachers at MA Al-ANWAR Jombang used several innovation management strategies that were effective in managing classes and improving the quality of education. . These strategies include the use of educational technology, the use of varied and interactive teaching methods, collaborative learning between teachers and students, and the application of formative assessment.
