Pengaruh Harga, Kualitas Produk dan Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen pada Usaha Sablon Saka Domdem Malang
Abstract
This study discusses the effect of price, product quality, and service quality on consumer satisfaction in the Saka Domdem Malang screen printing business. The research objective to be achieved is to know and analyze price, product quality and service quality partially or simultaneously on consumer satisfaction in screen printing business Saka Domdem Malang. This study used sampling data of 100 consumers of Saka Domdem Malang by distributing questionnaires using quantitative data types. The results of the T test show that product quality and price have a positive or significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Service Quality Variable has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. And the results of the F test show that the variables Price, Product Quality and Service Quality simultaneously influence Consumer Satisfaction in the Saka Domdem Malang Screen Printing Business.
