Abstract

Shopee Food is the newest feature offered by the well-known Ecommerce, namely Shopee, which serves online food or drink orders. This is supported by the Covid-19 pandemic which means people cannot leave the house to maintain their health, restaurants only serve takeaway or delivery, and also some people who are lazy to leave the house but want to eat delicious food. Shopee Food started its operations in April 2020. At that time, Shopee Food only served purchases of frozen food, soft drinks, various cakes and processed foods. However, at the beginning of 2021, Shopee Food started serving food and drink orders in collaboration with various food and beverage industries and attracted many driver partners to deliver them to consumers. Research results show that there is a positive influence and significant relationship between the price variable and the decision variable using service. There is a positive and significant influence between free variable Shipping Costs against the decision variable using service. There is a positive and significant influence between variable price and free shipping simultaneously against decision variables to use services.
