Pelatihan Pembuatan Kerupuk Puli di Desa Mojorejo
Abstract
The Covid 19 pandemic made of the Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) policy in Indonesia, had an adverse impact on the people's economy. Therefore, educators at IKIP Budi Utomo carry out one of the obligations of Tri Dharma Education, namely through community service activities. Activities designed to restore the economy of residents so that they are stable, namely by providing skills training to local residents. The purpose of the training provided is to motivate people in entrepreneurship. On this occasion Community Service activities were carried out in the form of Chip-making skills training for housewives in Mojorejo Village area with the aim of increasing community knowledge and skills in processing leftover white rice so that it has economic value and efficient. In this activity the method used is lectures, presentations, questions and answers, and demonstrations. The results of the Community Service activities show that the training participants stated that the activities were very useful and quite easy to understand. Therefore, community service activities regarding cracker making training are felt to be very useful by the people in Mojorejo village area.
