Most residents of Dengkol Village have lack adequate knowledge regarding domestic waste sorting, recycling potential, and the concept of community-based waste management. Furthermore, most residents already use smartphones and are active in various digital communication groups. Based on these conditions, a community service intervention is needed that focuses on accelerating community-based waste management through digital education. This approach is expected to contribute to efforts to raise awareness among Dengkol Village residents about the importance of protecting the environment through waste management, utilizing digital technology as an effective, affordable, and sustainable educational medium. The method used is to observe the current state of waste management through dialogue with village officials, develop digital educational materials containing infographics on recognizing types of waste and how to recycle, the benefits of recycling and types of waste, and socialize digital educational media. Participants who attended the socialization activity were enthusiastic about this program. The educational media also has a physical version so that residents with limited access can also understand. There is a need for harmonious and sustainable activities to educate residents about community-based waste management.
